NTcab Oy’s CEO changes 1.1.2024

After 12 years of travel work to city of Nivala, current CEO Antti Hyyryläinen has accepted a position close to his hometown. We all thank Antti for the outstanding job he has done for NTcab and understand the choice to be more with the family.

Kati Pavloff assumes the position of CEO on 1.1.2024. Currently she has been working as our production manager since 2022. Formerly she has held several positions in the production management on the engineering industry. The whole NTcab team warmly welcomes Kati to her new exiting position and wishes all the best for the new responsibilities.
For NTcab, it is also time for a big change, as we move the production to a new factory along the last two months of the year. We have started the factory project from a true green field by re-engineering all our processes. As a part of the renewal, we are adding a second robot to the sub-assembly welding and introducing an all-new best available technology paint shop. Our special focus in the project has been shortening of the production lead times and maintaining the high standard and quality, end-to-end, in all our processes.
